📍 Location:
Remote (Work from Home) - Must reside in the Boston, MA area for any needed in-person meetings, errands, or events.
💼 About the Role:
The Good Feet Store is looking for a highly organized, proactive Administrative Support Specialist to assist our District Manager overseeing 11 retail locations across Massachusetts.
This full-time position offers flexibility, variety, and a meaningful mission: supporting a team that helps people live pain-free through foot wellness.

💰 Compensation:
- $15–$18 per hour (based on experience)
- 40 hours/week
- Mostly remote with occasional in-person errands or meetings (Greater Boston area, including New Hampshire, and potentially Portland, Maine)
🗂️ Responsibilities:
This role includes a mix of recurring weekly tasks, project-based work, and light coordination duties, such as:
🔁 Weekly/Recurring Tasks:
- Monitor and organize Google reviews from each store
- Assist with Zoom meeting scheduling and coordination
- Daily and weekly EOD quality checks on sales reports
- Help track weekly overtime, sales observations, and manager 1-on-1 meetings
- Submit supply orders and inventory counts
- Support with timecard checks, case resolutions, and follow-ups on forms
🛠️ Operations & Inventory:
- Support store stock levels
- Schedule inventory counts and follow-up with back office and store teams
- Monitor overdue transfers and help resolve system errors
- Submit and track store maintenance issues
- Use camera software to flag issues or behavior gaps
🗓️ Scheduling & Event Support:
- Schedule merchandise and staffing for Home Shows and Events
- Prepare travel plans and itineraries for district travel
- Assist with calendar management and team call reminders (Rally Calls, Trainings, etc.)
🧾 Project Support:
- Help with new hire checklists, separations, and personnel onboarding/offboarding support
- Keep training records up to date in shared systems
- Assist in compiling EOM sales reporting, comments, and uploads to Google Drive
- Help maintain our Good Feet / Good Hearts monthly service program tracking
🧠 Who You Are:
- Based in Boston, MA or surrounding area
- Extremely organized, detail-obsessed, and dependable
- Comfortable juggling multiple recurring tasks and small projects
- Strong communicator (especially via email, Slack, Zoom)
- Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
- Tech-savvy (Google Drive, Sheets, Zoom, Email)
- Experience in retail, operations, or multi-location support is a plus
📅 Schedule:
- Weekly schedule of 40 hours/week
- Days may vary (we are retail, open 7 days a week) – sometimes might be Mon-Fri, other times might need Sat or Sun help (but still working five days/week)
- Flexible hours during business hours (but must be available for key meetings/check-ins)
