The Good Feet Store of Natick, Massachusetts is seeking an ambitious and highly effective District Manager. This is a new position that will oversee three locations outside of Boston (Natick, Shrewsbury, Westwood), while managing our Natick location. About the job:
People come to Good Feet seeking help with long term problems, knowing that we offer the solution. No walk by traffic, only informed shoppers. We simply present the information honestly and accurately, allowing our customers to feel the relief for themselves, and educate them on the proper way to receive the most benefits from the product.
As District Manager, you would be expected to do basic managerial tasks, including:
· Daily/nightly paperwork
· Scheduling
· Coaching
· Correcting deficiencies/ reprimanding when necessary
· Handling customers' needs beyond that of a Sales Consultant
· Month end reporting
· Assist with stores staffing
· Team tracking/follow-up, etc.
· Weekly managers’ phone meetings
