Retail Sales/Store Assistant Manager: Full-Time Employment

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the number one salesperson and manage the sales team, overall operations, maintenance, and morale of the store
- Coordinates store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals
- Trains sales associates using company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals
- Participate in monthly P&L review
- Create exceptional shopping experiences and lead by example
- Support store with system processing, inventory, and charge backs
- Responsible for resolving customer service issues
Compensation: Base Salary 13 Uncapped Bonus and Commission Periods Benefits
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vacation and Holiday pay

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in retail/sales
- 1 years of experience managing a team
- Ability to work weekends
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive and self-motivated
- Positive, approachable, and empathetic
- Willing to work solo or in a team setting
- Open to learning new things
- Proven customer service skills required
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Able to multi-task, think creatively and learn quickly
Physical activity is required for this position.

Salary Compensation: $65,000- $75,000
