Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and metrics to make business decisions
- Consistently train and develop staff to meet and exceed goals through personal mentorship and development
- Educate customers on the benefits of proper arch support and recommend suitable products.
- Assist customers in trying out different products to ensure a perfect fit.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships
- Overseeing the operations of the store, including inventory
- Managing the customer rotation amongst staff
- Has the ability to Rally the team and create a positive working culture within the store
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
