Our customers walk through the door looking for relief from foot, knee, hip, or back pain. That’s where our arch supports come in! Our arch supports are designed to readjust, realign, and reposition the foot.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Embracing the Easy Step Vision, Mission, and Values
- Successfully demonstrating and selling the Good Feet products (the 3-Step System, 3-Step Bundles), as well as supporting products to meet customer needs
- Providing personalized fittings by standing, walking, and kneeling to ensure customers receive the correct product size and support
- Consistently achieving or exceeding the minimum sales metrics each month
- Driving store performance by helping achieve a 90% demo rate and maintaining a Google customer review rating of 4.5 or higher
- Keeping return percentage under company benchmarks
- Using 100% of the internal data management systems such as Salesforce for accurate record-keeping and follow-up
- Maintaining professionalism in all communication and business activities
- Handling product deliveries and assisting with inventory management
- Completing opening and closing operations
- Engaging in regular store and company-wide meetings, including bi-monthly virtual meetings
Benefits
- Average pay: $50,000-$65,000 annually, total pay is based on an hourly rate plus commission.
