- Coordinate store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals
- Monitor store metrics daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to measure success and continuously motivate staff to exceed assigned sales and productivity goals.
- Motivate and inspire employees, lead by example and model excellence in all areas.
- Consistently communicate and manage expectations for an exceptional customer experience
- Continuous training of Sales Associates using company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals
- Create a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere
- System processing and inventory control
- Responsible for resolving customer concerns

Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in retail/sales
- 3 years of Leadership & Management experience (preferably in retail)
- Proven ability to create a strong team culture of accountability and dedication to excellence
- Demonstrated ability to motivate others in a deadline-driven environment
- Analytical and critical thinking ability, including solving complex problems under pressure and adapting to internal and external changes
- Exceptional customer service skills required
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Understanding of financial statements and ability to manage budgets
- Quick learner with strong organizational skills
- Able to balance attention to detail with swift execution
