The Good Feet Store is looking for a Temporary Trade Show Sales Representative to help showcase and sell our life-changing arch support products. This position could turn into a full-time opportunity based on performance and results.

What You'll Do
Grab customers' attention in a bustling trade show environment.
Showcase The Good Feet Store's arch support products with your fast-paced skills and engaging personality.
Perfect your "elevator pitch" to sit customers down for personalized demonstrations.
Sell to customers in an open, community booth setup.
Generate leads and work collaboratively with your teammates to actively engage potential customers and scout leads (e.g., limpers, pronation issues, cane users).
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and demonstrating product benefits.
Adapt to the quickly shifting needs of customers in a fast-paced trade show setting.
What We Offer
Competitive Pay : $20 / hour during the training period only.
Commission : Straight 10% commission on all sales after training. Your success determines your earnings!
Training : A 3-day in-store training program to set you up for success.
What We're Looking For
Sales Experience : Proven success in commission-based sales roles such as trade shows, door-to-door sales, or timeshare / vacation sales.
Personality : A fantastic, outgoing personality that thrives on engaging with customers.
Quick Learner : Adaptability and eagerness to learn about our products and sales techniques.
Experience : Trade show experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Showcase and sell The Good Feet Store arch support products at trade show events.
Engage potential customers using personalized, attention-grabbing approaches.
Work collaboratively with your team to ensure the success of the event.
Scout potential leads and actively draw them into the booth.
Meet or exceed sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Duration
This is a temporary position during our next trade show event Indianapolis Home Show (January 17-26). Successful representatives will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role at The Good Feet Store.
Interview Process
Virtual Screening : Initial interview with our hiring department to discuss your experience and our products.
Second Interview : Additional interview with our VP of Sales & Operations
Final Interview : In-store meeting with the manager to finalize your application and answer any last questions.
