We are a rapidly expanding organization with 18 locations across New York State (not NYC), the Boston suburbs of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Indiana, and Southwest Florida. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a Traveling Training Manager to join our leadership team and work directly under our Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jason Cutter, a published author and industry leader, whose book, Selling with Authentic Persuasion: Transform from Order Taker to Quota Breaker, was selected by Utah State University's Jon M. Huntsman School of Business as course material for their ProSales class.
About the Role:
As our Traveling Training Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to be the best in the system, ensuring that our employees—both new and experienced—are equipped with the latest sales best practices and tactics. What You’ll Do:
Lead, train, and retrain sales teams to optimize performance and achieve business goals.
Collaborate closely with leadership to implement training programs tailored to our growing operations.
Diagnose challenges within sales teams and swiftly prescribe actionable solutions to improve results.

Adapt and refine training approaches to fit various markets and teams across multiple states.
Ensure consistency in sales strategies and performance across all locations.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $60,000
Performance-Based Bonuses: Potential to double your base and earn up to $120,000 annually in Bonus.
