This position is open to be based from Atlanta, GA; New York, NY; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting and leading the day-to-day execution of small and mid-sized influencer programs, in addition to supporting large scale programs. You will work with a team of experts on influencer sourcing, program development, and program execution of cross-platform influencer brand integrations. You will support specialized areas of expertise, including digital, social, creative, and paid media.

Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting all execution steps of the influencer programming process, i.e identification, vetting, outreach, management, and wrap reports of all influencer partnerships.
- Developing, editing and proofreading materials, including influencer and client correspondence, influencer briefs, contracts and other materials for internal review and approval.
- Managing multiple projects from concept to completion by anticipating challenges, troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, overseeing quality, and ensuring deadline and budget adherence.
- Understanding client’s business, including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers and competitors in the marketplace, and is able to creatively offer solutions or ideas related to their business goals and objectives.
- Managing vendors to ensure budget adherence and value of services purchased.
- Effectively collaborating with account, integrated agency partners and cross-disciplinary team members including Account, Project Management, Planning, Creative, Production, Influencer, Media, Analytics and more.
- Staying on top of culture, and is constantly consuming news and social media in order to predict trends and use those to inform the work.

42,000 - $62,000 a year. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
