We're Looking for a Field Marketing & Business Development : A Champion of Growth

As a Field Marketing & Business Development at Lypid, you'll play a key role in driving the adoption of our innovative products in the market. Your mission will be to connect directly with partners, clients, and stakeholders, fostering relationships that expand our reach and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Market Engagement : Develop and execute localized field marketing initiatives to promote Lypid’s products and increase brand awareness within targeted regions and communities.
  • Strategic Partnerships : Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Event Management : Represent Lypid at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings, showcasing our product innovations and strengthening our presence in the market.
  • Lead Generation : Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, market research, and networking.
  • Customer Feedback : Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and R&D teams to align efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and maximizing opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking : Measure and report the effectiveness of field marketing and business development efforts, optimizing strategies based on data and feedback.

What We're Looking For :

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the food, beverage, or sustainability sectors.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a knack for negotiation and persuasion.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to articulate Lypid’s value proposition to diverse audiences.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • A passion for sustainability, plant-based innovation, and creating a better food system.
