The Good Pour is a wine and spirits marketplace that infuses retail with philanthropy. With a fresh approach to the industry, TGP is proud to offer a better way to shop for wine, beer and spirits — with beautifully designed stores, dedicated gifting areas and exciting tasting experiences — coupled with a better way to support nonprofits. That’s because we donate a portion of our profits to the charity of each guest’s choice. In other words, we’re not your average liquor store.

Who you are

• 21 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 years of experience in retail sales or hospitality

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

•  Knowledge of wine, beer and spirits

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What you’ll do

•  Greet and welcome guests

•  Answer questions about wine and spirits

•  Make recommendations based on a guest’s needs and preferences

• Efficiently operate a point-of-sale terminal

•  Maintain inventory levels

•  Keep the store clean and organized

•  Participate in marketing and promotional events

• Have a strong understanding of The Good Pour brand, mobile app and charitable efforts

• Continue to learn through online modules and in-person staff trainings

Physical requirements

•  Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Ability to climb, bend and reach

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
