About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized Executive Team Assistant to support an Executive Leadership Team for one of our clients. Reporting to the CHRO, you will provide high-level, confidential administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the office in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. This role requires recurring on-site presence at the client’s New York City office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, correspondence, and expense reports.
- Assist with preparing and proofreading reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Support office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming office environment, manage supplies, and assist visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
- 3 years of administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on confidentiality and discretion.
