JOB DUTIES

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

While no one day is the same, you'll own and execute a variety of administrative and customer-oriented tasks to ensure the day runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Greets, welcomes, and directs guests
• Notifies tour guides of guests’ arrival
• Maintains security and telecommunications system
• Fields guest inquiries and responds/redirects accordingly
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
• Ensures security by following opening and closing procedures
• Staff the phones and register
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area
• Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
• Oversight of Inventory and stocking merchandise
• Booking adventure excursions
• Creates store display and pricing
• Cleaning and organizing of various spaces

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a hardworking, friendly receptionist who enjoys pivoting from task to task all while delivering the best in customer service.
