Clifton Forge Baptist Church in the beautiful Alleghany Mountains of Virginia seeks a person who is passionate about leading people into the presence of God as we worship through music. We are searching for a Music Director / Worship Leader, and if they can play the piano, that would be a plus. We have an 11 : 00 a.m. worship service on Sundays and choir rehearsal on Wednesday evenings at 5 : 00 p.m. Generous compensation along with travel expenses, if necessary, will be awarded according to experience. Job Description

The Music Director / Worship Leader is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of music in worship and all church gatherings.

  • This is currently a part-time position.

Worship Ministry

  • Lead worship for Sunday services at 11 AM.
  • Organize and prepare both hymns and soft contemporary songs for a blended music ministry.

    • Skills Required

  • Good singing voice.
  • Musical instrument proficiency would be a plus.
  • Experience with a sound board or willingness to learn.
