What You’ll Do
Prospect & Generate Leads through networking, outreach, and canvassing (warm leads are provided, but self-generated leads will boost success!)
Follow Up & Close Deals – Become a follow-up ninja and build relationships with high-value clients
Conduct Consultative Sales Calls – Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
Deliver Engaging Sales Presentations on how our services win government contracts
Coordinate Onboarding & Client Success – Ensure a seamless transition for new clients
Use Our CRM Tools (GoHighLevel, Calendly, Google Sheets) to track leads and performance
Stay Ahead of the Industry – Learn and master federal contracting strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of B2B sales experience – Closing high-ticket deals preferred
- Strong closing & negotiation skills – You know how to turn interest into action
- Self-Motivated & Independent – This is a 1099, commission-based role; your success is in your hands
- Excellent Communication & Consultative Selling Skills – Ability to educate clients & position our services effectively
- Coachability & Adaptability – Willing to learn government contracting strategies and embrace AI-driven sales tools
- Go-Getter Mentality – Thinks outside the box , eager to crush sales targets
- Past Experience – Not required; however, highly prefer past Government Contracting experience.
