Provides administrative support to the Preschool/Aftercare director. This position is responsible for receiving registrations, taking payment, verifying attendance records, coordinating meetings, answering incoming calls, giving facility tours, maintaining filing systems, and maintaining positive, professional relationships with children and families. Microsoft Office proficiency is required. This position also helps with school event coordination and setup throughout the year.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
