Sales Intern

Position Overview

The Summer Sales Intern will have the opportunity to learn invaluable sales skills, gain practical experience, and contribute to the growth of our sales department. Primary responsibilities will include door knocking and setting appointments with potential clients.

What will you do?

These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: 

• Conduct door-to-door sales efforts in designated neighborhoods or territories, adhering to the company's sales strategies and guidelines.
• Engage with potential customers and provide them with information about our products/services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Set appointments with interested individuals by scheduling follow-up meetings or calls with our sales team.
• Track and report sales activity on a daily basis
• Actively participate in weekly team meetings, team events and training sessions as assigned
• Script practice with lead agents 2x per week

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Calm under pressure
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional appearance
• Pursuing a career in sales, business, entrepreneurship, or related field

Schedule & Compensation

• 20 hours per week
• $15.57 per hour bonus
• Bonus for all qualified appointments set & held with sales staff
