As a key member of our facilities maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems, including electrical and plumbing repairs. In this position, you will assist with general maintenance tasks, such as painting resident rooms and other areas. You will also perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance as needed. Your ability to move materials and equipment between rooms and different areas of the facility is crucial to the success of our team.
You will work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. To be successful in this role, you must have general maintenance knowledge, including experience with plumbing and electrical systems. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
