Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma
- 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull heavy equipment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
