Position Overview :
The Weekend Baylor LPN will work two consecutive 16-hour shifts (on Saturday & Sunday) and be paid 1.25x the base rate . This is the equivalent of being paid for an additional shift!
Position is full-time : every weekendSalary range is $29-$35.50LPN Responsibilities :
Patient Care & Service : Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process; perform various treatment procedures; provide physical, educational, and emotional support to patients, friends, and families; supervise assigned team membersDocumentation : Ensure concise, pertinent, and complete resident care documentation using computerized medical record processSupports CNA team : Direct the CNA in the timely completion of quality individualized personal care and ensure CNA documentation is accurate and completeMedication Administration & Reporting : Administer medication and give / receive relevant reports, both written and verbal from / to appropriate staff as per departmental protocolsLPN Requirements Include :
Current and valid NY LPN LicenseExperience in a Nursing Home or Hospital is a plusValid CPR CertificationWhat you can expect from us :
