Position Overview :
We are seeking a Staff Educator / Infection Control RN to join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at [Facility Name] . In this role, you will play a critical part in staff development, clinical education, and infection control. You will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based educational programs that promote the ongoing professional growth of our nursing team while maintaining infection control protocols that ensure the safety of our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement evidence-based, quality education programs to enhance staff competency and the delivery of high-quality clinical services.
- Collaborate with management, staff, and external partners to assess, integrate, and evaluate educational needs and resources.
- Develop, review, and update training manuals , policies / procedures, job aides, and clinical pathways.
- Educate staff on clinical policies, criteria, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Conduct new staff orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Conduct quality review audits of the clinical team and strategic partners to ensure that company protocols and standards are being met.
