The Grand Healthcare is seeking a reliable and flexible Resident Driver/Painter to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for transporting residents to and from doctor’s appointments and other scheduled activities. You will play a vital role in ensuring residents have safe and timely transportation while adapting to changing plans and schedules.

We are seeking a dedicated Painter to join our team! If you have Painting Experience and a general maintenance knowledge, with a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance Tasks: Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, including painting resident rooms and other areas.
• Painting: Painting and up keep of the building.
• Material Movement: Move materials and equipment between rooms and different areas of the facility as necessary.
• Emergency Response: Be available to respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed.
• Supervision: Work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Painting and a general maintenance knowledge,
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs.
• Work Schedule: Must be available to work one weekend per month.
• Team Player: Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.
• Emergency Response: Willingness to respond to emergency calls as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport Residents: Safely transport residents to and from doctor's appointments and other scheduled activities 

• Adaptability: Accommodate changes to the schedule and adapt transportation plans as needed.

• Ensure Comfort & Safety: Provide a comfortable, safe, and caring environment during transport for all residents.

• Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and facility staff to ensure all needs are met.

Resident Driver Requirements:

• Flexible Availability: Must be available for early shifts, including some as early as 4 AM for dialysis runs.

• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Dependable & Responsible: Strong problem-solving skills with a dependable and responsible work ethic.

• Team Player: Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with facility staff.

• Professional References: Must have professional references available.
