The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation & Nursing is looking for a Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join Nursing team. Qualified candidate will be a self starter with the abilty to function independetly.
The Grand Pavilion at Rockville Centre a158 Bed Central Nassau Rehab/LTC Facility seeks dedicated self motivated, experienced ADON with strong clinical and admisitrative skills to join our team.The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Center has a proud tradition of commitment to caring. Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Registered Professional Nurses license in the State of practice.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and mature judgments.
- Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc. of the Nursing Department.
- Must have the ability to multi task and function in high stress situations
