Housekeeping Duties & Responsibilities :

• Detail-Oriented Cleaning : Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety throughout assigned areas, ensuring a pristine environment for our residents.
• Equipment Maintenance : Ensure all housekeeping equipment is cleaned and in good working condition at all times.
• Trash & Linen Removal : Safely remove trash and soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Teamwork : Collaborate effectively with other team members to meet daily cleaning goals and schedules.
• Quality & Service Focus : Demonstrate a strong work ethic, taking initiative to provide excellent service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements :

• Experience : Previous cleaning experience preferred, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Education : Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks regularly.
• Floor Tech Experience : Stripping and waxing experience is a plus!
• Reliability : Consistent, punctual, and able to adhere to scheduled shifts.
• Eligibility : Must be able to work in the United States and meet all Department of Health requirements.
