GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Must have a valid drivers license
Duties & Requirements Include:
- Will be supervised by the Director of Maintenance
- Painting Resident rooms and other parts of the Facility
- General maintenance experience preferred
- Moving materials from room to room etc.
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work in the United States
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Must be willing to work weekends
- Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health
