The Grand Resort is a premier destination offering luxury accommodations, world-class amenities, and exceptional guest services. We are seeking dedicated and professional Security Guards to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property.
**Responsibilities:**
- Patrol resort premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible presence
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after end of operations
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
- Provide assistance to guests and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Deter and report suspicious activities and potential threats
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and activities
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a security guard or relevant position
- Ability to operate security systems and emergency equipment
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Physical stamina and strength
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in hospitality or resort security
