What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Sales Support Specialist position at The Granite Group?
The Commercial Sales Supports Specialist will be responsible for the following:
- Returning calls and emails to customers as they are sent in either directly or through company email inboxes in a timely manner.
- Communicating with branches, sales, project managers, and estimators regarding future or ongoing projects.
- Maintaining and entering project data into project logs.
- Preparing project folders and procuring project information from customers.
- Preparing submittal packages to in house sales people, project managers, and customers.
- Preparing O&M packages to in house sales people, project managers, and customers.
- Candidate should have experience with excel data entry and adobe PDF.
- Construction experience is not necessary, but familiarity with project documents, plans, specifications, and other administrative tasks is a plus.
