We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting Granite and Quartz Options effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for Design as well as sales ability., enabling them to build lasting relationships with customers and drive business growth.
Duties
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Utilize Software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
Skills
- Proven experience in Kitchen sales or some type of design experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales transactions..
- Ability to engage in warm calling techniques to connect with potential customers.
- Strong business development acumen to identify new market opportunities.
