Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote skill development and FUN!
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations
- Model positive behavior and lead by example
- Participate in scheduled staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in gymnastics or cheer instruction
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of gymnastics and/or cheer safety procedures
