Responsibilities
- Supervise Aquatics staff in the absence of the Aquatics Director or Coordinator.
- Provide administrative support on a weekly basis.
- Recognize and respond to emergency situations in the pool area.
- Maintain effective relationships with members, participants, and team members.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting change of policies/procedures, maintaining accurate pool records, and performing equipment checks.
