A high-profile music talent individual is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team. This role involves supporting the principal across various aspects of their personal, professional, and entrepreneurial life, including extensive travel during tours and performances. Will also be OK working with other family members as well so must be super flexible and amenable.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules and calendars to ensure seamless coordination of personal and professional commitments.
Provide constant reminders and follow-ups to maintain efficiency during busy periods.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics for tours, shows, and business trips.
Interface with business teams, vendors, and collaborators to support entrepreneurial and brand initiatives.
Act as a point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on tasks.
Household Management :
Oversee home-related needs, including vendor coordination and maintenance to ensure all aspects of the household run smoothly.
Manage special projects and ensure timely execution of tasks.
Coordinate with family members, friends, and colleagues, fostering positive relationships and handling personal requests.
Handle gift purchasing, wrapping, and delivery for special occasions and events.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally with high-profile clients or in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with an ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with multiple people in a household setting.
Flexibility to travel frequently and adapt to changing schedules.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in project management and multitasking.
