Executive Assistant to Talent in West Valley

Full-time, In-person (5 days / week), On-call
Looking for an experienced, entertainment executive assistant to support high-profile talent in both personal and professional matters. You will act as day to day right hand managing calendar, communications, and logistics for busy Multi hyphenate. Ideal candidate has 2-3 years exp on an entertainment desk (development exp is a plus). Ideal candidate knows the lingo and key players / has finger on the pulse. Must have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage changing priorities and work under pressure and lead with discretion and professionalism. Ideal candidate is calm, grounded, adaptable, proactive and comfortable with both professional and personal duties. Please have a strong emotional intelligence and team-player mindset.
Other duties :
Schedule meetings, appointments, and daily tasks.
Handle travel logistics (flights, accommodations, itineraries).
Manage personal errands and preferences.
Liaise with estate team, PA, chef, and staff.
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, travel and urgent tasks.
Assist in planning and executing events or special projects.
