Part-Time Assistant for Board Member
Beverly Hills (Mulholland Drive and Coldwater area)
Hours : Approximately 10–20 hours per week
Rate : $45–$50 per hour
A gracious and dynamic individual with a busy schedule is seeking a part-time assistant to provide administrative support at her home. This role involves assisting with clerical duties related to her board position, including managing correspondence, scheduling, travel arrangements, and errands. Additionally, the assistant will help with event coordination and gift purchasing.
The successful candidate will be bright, articulate, organized, and detail-oriented, yet flexible enough to adapt to varying weekly demands. Hours may fluctuate, with some weeks requiring 5–10 hours and others up to 20 hours.
Requirements :
In-person availability at the residence on Mulholland and Coldwater for a few hours per day or a couple of times per week.
