A highly stylish, elevated, and aesthetic-driven entrepreneur seeks a Social Media Manager/Content Creator who is also open to doing some personal needs as related to the creation of content. This dynamic female entrepreneur is polished, hardworking, and runs multiple businesses, with a deep passion for motherhood, wellness, a healthy lifestyle, design, (quiet) luxury fashion, and spirituality. While some of her social media needs will relate to business ventures, the primary focus of this role will be curating and managing her personal brand and social media presence, showcasing her journey as a mother, entrepreneur, and tastemaker.
This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, has a keen eye for aesthetics and luxury branding, and understands quiet luxury, chic minimalism, and storytelling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hyper organized, strategic, and able to create content, inspiring followers through lifestyle, business, and family storytelling.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Social Media Management & Content Creation:
Develop and execute a strategic social media content plan (30-60 days in advance) that aligns with the entrepreneur’s brand identity and message.
Oversee content production, from conceptualizing shoots to ensuring polished execution, maintaining a high-end, editorial aesthetic.
Coordinate and direct content shoots—deciding on locations, angles, and storytelling elements.
Ensure a consistent and visually stunning brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, and the podcast.
Stay ahead of trends in fashion, wellness, lifestyle, and quiet luxury to keep content fresh and engaging for this audience.
Eventually, with guidance, engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and cultivate a strong, engaged community.
Work with photographers, videographers and stylists minimally. The expectation is to have content creation skills independently but also have a keen understanding of the calendar and be able to take advantage of opportunities between business speaking engagements, on location photoshoots and sessions with stylists to curate cohesive, high-end visuals as needed.
Utilize analytics tools to track engagement and optimize content strategy based on performance insights.
Assistance & Execution
Act as a right-hand person, handling whatever is needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operation as related to social media strategy but will also understand being a right hand person.
Run errands related to content creation but also is "open" to doing ad hoc assisting as needed be of service to the entrepreneur (e.g., picking up wardrobe, securing props, scouting locations ).
Keep digital assets organized and accessible, ensuring seamless content workflow.
Handle scheduling and liaise with internal teams

Must exude a level of confidence and feel comfortable getting in front of high level executives.
Understands how to read a room and can strike an elegant balance between being pushy without being bothersome.
Flexible and adaptable, willing to go the extra mile, whether it's posting in real-time or coordinating an impromptu shoot.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or branding (luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or wellness preferred).
Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Podcast Platforms, and YouTube Shorts, with a strong understanding of platform-specific strategies.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other editing tools.
Photography/videography skills are required.
Previous experience in social media management and creating content is a MUST.
Experience as a personal assistant, or right-hand role is a major advantage.
