We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent hospitality and ensure their needs are met.
- Process orders efficiently using the Aloha POS system, handling cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in ordering products.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience is required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with FOCUS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations in the food service industry.
- Excellent time management abilities to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
