PURPOSE STATEMENT

Game One is the premier provider of apparel, gear, and equipment unifying teams and fans in schools, clubs, and organizations.

Job Summary

Handle administrative tasks associated with the creation and coordination of team stores and team flyers. Support other operational departments as availability allows.

Status/Hours: Full-Time, Days; 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Overtime as scheduled.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Create team stores within the Order My Gear (OMG) platform (websites that sell custom apparel) and team flyers (PDF order forms) for our customers, working collaboratively with other departments and customers to complete requests efficiently and accurately.
• Add new products and update existing products to our SiteViz and OMG platform to ensure current and accurate information is represented.
• Become proficient and trained in other aspects of operations as needed to support other departments.
• Perform job consistently within established performance standards.

Required Education And Experience

• Education and/or experience in graphic design and associated software platforms preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• Advanced personal computer skills and ability.
• Good typing, proofreading ability, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to comprehend instructions, interpret orders, instructions and SOP's
