Marketing Clerk
Full-time marketing clerk needed 8a-5p M-F, overtime as needed. Responsible for various clerical tasks, data entry, claims processing, phone inquiries and other tasks as assigned. Training available.
Essential Functions:
- Must be able to perform data entry tasks sitting at computer terminal for extended periods of time.
- Must have clerical skills; reading part numbers, typing and accurate data entry on computer terminal.
- Must answer phone and field inquiry calls, as needed.
- - Process program claims - research and gather any missing information, determine credit amount, issue credits.
- Must be able to learn the product line well enough to assist customers and dealers.
- Must have a high attention to detail.
- Must work well both alone and with others.
