What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Holder / Shift Leader - Indoor Rock Climbing position at The Gravity Vault Melville?
As a Keyholder / Shift Leader at The Gravity Vault you will lead the charge in providing a friendly, organized rock climbing experience for all of our patrons. You will oversee the smooth operation of the front desk, ensure that safety standards are being met out on the climbing floor, and provide guidance to instructors.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the facility operation and flow of activities.
- Manage Instructors daily task.
- Provide top notch customer service.
- Take bookings and final payments for events and large groups.
- Coordinate and perform opening and/or closing tasks
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience in a retail or fitness environment.
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong collaborative leadership skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
