The Great Falls Inn is looking for a Front Desk Agent. This position is a 21 to 28 hours per week. Experience preferred but we will train the right candidate.

At the Great Falls Inn we value our employees. We appreciate the effort put into our Hotel and Guest satisfaction. Our guests are like family, we consider our hotel a "Home away from home." We do provide a close location to the hospital and therefore do see a lot of medical guests. We provide excellent cleaning and sanitizing with Covid-19 precautions.
A Front Desk Agent serves as our guests’ first point of contact and manages all aspects of their accommodation. A Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, reconciling daily transactions, printing daily reports, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests and make sure daily transaction have been recorded correctly.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests, collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and provide a memorable experience when they leave
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Reconcile credit cards
- Pass along to managers and future shifts any needed information
Skills
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role preferred
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple phone lines
- Attention detail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 28 per week
