The Great Falls Inn is looking for a Maintenance Technician.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Shampoo carpets
- 90-day inspections
- 30-day inspections, esp. ice machine maintenance
- Patch and paint walls
- Paint rooms
- Locks — change batteries, reprogram, swap locks, repair locks with parts or motherboard
- Snow and Ice removal
- Fix sink overflow and drain stop
- Snake drains
- Caulking
- Drape adjustments
- Test and change batteries - smoke and CO detectors
- Door closer adjustments
- WAP reboot
- Seal granite
- Adjust bed frames
- TV remote and programming
- Repair or replace window screens
- Change PTAC motherboard, troubleshoot operation (thermocouples)
- Annual cleaning of PTACs, swap PTACs
- Clean bath tile grid
- Change bathroom light ballast
- Change emergency light ballast
- Knowledge of Emergency Procedures
Preferred Knowledge
- Sprinkler repair
- Change shower cartridge
- Change faucets
- Drywall repair
- Repair vacuum, change electrical cord
- Overhaul carpet shampooer
- Clean and service Laundry washers and dryers, change belts
We are willing to train the right individual who may have some knowledge about skills and abilities required. This is a physical job and requires repeated maintenance of small and large tasks

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
