Showroom Interior Design Assistant
Position:
- Part-Time | Showroom Design Assistant
Schedule:
- 2-3 days per week // Must be available Monday–Saturday, 8AM–5:00 PM*
- No Holidays or Sundays
Location:
- Crosslake & Baxter showrooms
- * Must be willing to travel to client sites and market events

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and creative Assistant to support our Owner/Lead Designer and team. This role is perfect for someone who loves design, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys wearing many hats to keep things running smoothly.
- Creative Support – Assist with brainstorming, mood boards, and concept development.
- Project Coordination – Organize design projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Administrative Support – Manage schedules, emails, client communications, and orders.
- Product Sourcing & Procurement – Research and purchase materials, furniture, décor, and fabrics.
- On-Site Assistance – Support client consultations, site visits, and installations.
- Social Media & Marketing – Assist with content creation, photography, and digital promotion.
- Tech & Software Use – Utilize design programs (Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, Canva) and office tools.
- Logistics & Deliveries – Coordinate shipments, unpack products, and help with showroom setup.
- Sales & Order Management – Assist with sales transactions, creating sales orders, and processing invoices.
- Billing & Financial Assistance – Support financial tasks such as billing and record-keeping.
- Showroom Organization & Staging – Maintain showroom aesthetics, arrange displays, and ensure a visually appealing space.
