Job Overview
We are seeking a server with Expo experince for a fast-paced dining environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service.
Duties
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper handling of all food items.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding orders, special requests, and any potential issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries or requests for assistance.
- Support banquet operations as needed, including setting up and breaking down events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service and preferably Expo is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
