- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas.
- Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during meal periods.
- Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of shortages.
- Participate in training new staff members on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation or as a dietary aide is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry.
