Front of House Team Member
Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with bussing and cleaning tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Experience:
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and calculate bills accurately
- Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory management and cash handling
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment is preferred
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
