- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the dining area and bar.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and oversee cash handling procedures to maintain financial integrity.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service between the kitchen and dining areas.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to enhance their overall experience.
- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
