Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in restaurant and fine dining environments. Duties
- Manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to coordinate service and maintain a seamless dining experience.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage cost control measures.
- Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Oversee bar operations as needed, ensuring quality beverage service.
- Handle cash management processes related to kitchen operations.
Qualifications
