Job Summary We are seeking a Line Cook to join the team at our cloud (ghost) kitchen restaurant in Wynwood. In this position, you will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. We seek a dependable professional with a strong work ethic, capable of managing the kitchen's opening and closing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to creating an excellent experience for patrons. If you have a passion for creating meals that "wow," we want to hear from you.
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for strict adherence to recipe standards. The Line Cook is committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift and prepares food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specs with further direction from Management. The Line Cook is also responsible for knowing the food hierarchy in the storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer, and also keeping the dry storage organized. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing fresh, delicious food that looks great too.
