Duties
The GM (Restaurant General Manager) is in charge of managing restaurant operations from inventory to employee relations. He or she is responsible for daily record keeping, including completing the Tighten Up Book, Inventory, Ordering and Scheduling. Staffing decisions and hiring / firing also falls to the GM. In short, the GM is held accountable for any day-to-day operational requirement. Great Greek managers are working managers. GM is also responsible to Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events.

This position is for the first restaurant which is opening in Roseville soon. We are a growing company and already have the second location in the works and more to go, so the hired candidate will have a good opportunity to grow and manage multiple locations in the future. We are looking for passionate candidates with a drive to succeed.

Compensation : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
