Job Title: Facilities Housekeeper
Position Description: Clean and maintain bath houses and common area buildings.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Florida Driver's License. Weekend availability.
Experience and Background Requirements: Knowledge of general housekeeping and building maintenance.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
- Clean and re-stock CSA bathhouses and laundry rooms daily. This includes weekends. Clean outside the bathhouses, wipe down entrance areas, and sweep sidewalks as necessary.
- Clean Fitness Center, wipe down equipment and vacuum daily.
- Vacuum, dust, and otherwise clean other CSA buildings as necessary.
- Provide supply lists to the Recreation Supervisor/Recreation Manager to order supplies. Keep the main supply room full as well as the bath houses
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
- Have full range of mobility in upper and lower body.
- Be able to reach overhead
- Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time.
- Be able to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks.
- Be able to handle all aspects of operating equipment necessary to perform the job function, i.e., start, effectively utilize, turn off, etc.
- Be able to lift 30 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday.
