- Base pay of $41,100
- Special Education bonus of up to $2500 and all years of experience may be granted if deemed a hard-to-fill position.
- Stipend for additional caseload for Special Education Teachers.
- $1000 monthly stipend for insurance or taken as cash
- 3 days of annual personal leave
- 10 days of annual sick leave
- Paid summer training and on-boarding
